After initial consultations and reviews of scope of work, we hired Mark for our basement renovation. He was professional, courteous, and spoke to our needs even though we were sometimes unsure of the direction. We are not designers, but Mark spent the time to understand our vision and was always helpful with concepts and ideas...like an accent wall. As with any renovation, there were some unforseen issues. Mark was quick to take responsibility, accountability, and offered various solutions. After decisions were made, he effectively executed the plans to move forward and maintain the momentum of the project. We are very happy with the results! Our expectations were exceeded and are looking forward to working with Mark and his team for our main floor renovation.
